The Fun Factor Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Here at The Fun Factor we understand that sometimes plans may change and it may become necessary to have to cancel or amend your booking with us. Our cancellation policy below set out our key points and circumstances and any cancellation fees that may be due and payable and if any refunds would be due.
Our cancellation policy applies to all our bookings and accompanies our terms of hire policy also.
Cancellation by The Fun Factor “The Company”
It is very rare for us to have to cancel a booking and as a company we have a great track record but we are also open to a large amount of issues that are beyond our control.
Cancellation due to reasons beyond our control a full refund of any monies or deposit paid, i.e. but not exhausted vehicle breakdown, equipment breakdown, staff shortage or any other reason, excluding health and safety grounds, lack of space or wrong surface type, as these are confirmed before booking and are down to the client to check and confirm.
Cancellation by the Client
– All cancellations must be made over the phone during normal office hours of 8am to 8pm. All cancellations will be confirmed in writing via email and this must be kept as your proof of cancellation. Cancellations cannot be taken by voice mail, text, email or any other methods.
Deposit or any other payments made will not be refundable and would be lost in the event of cancellation. For any bookings will outstanding balances the following charges will be due.
– Cancellation by the client will incur the following cancellation charges for all order under £100 and not paid in full
Cancellation on the day or after 12pm the day before – 100%
Cancellation before 12pm the day before or 2 full days before – £25
Cancellation 3 full day before – No charge
– Cancellation by the client will incur the following cancellation charges for all order over £100 and not paid in full, for these order a deposit will also be due.
Any deposit paid, which vary between 25% and 50% depending on the item/s hired, will be lost as well as the below percentage of the outstanding balance
Cancellation on the day or after 12pm the day before – 100%
Cancellation before 12pm the day before or 2 full days before – 50%
Cancellation 3 to 7 full days before – 25%
Cancellation 8 full days before – 0%
